TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL

 

1. BASIS OF SALE

 

  1. The terms and conditions below set out the entire agreement between you and Dingle’s Waste Removals, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions.
  2. All quotes provided are estimated based on the information you provide. We reserve the right to adjust the price accordingly if the information you provide is unclear, inaccurate, or false.

WASTE CLEARANCE SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. PROVISION OF SERVICES.

 

  1. We endeavour to carry out all work at the time and date pre-arranged. However, this can be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. As such, all times and dates given should be accepted as an estimate not a guaranteed appointment.
  2. You agree that you have the full authority to employ us to collect and dispose of the waste. Therefore, you indemnify us from and against additional costs or expense from any third parties as a result of you not holding the correct authority.

 

2. PAYMENT

 

  1. Payment must be made in full either prior to, or on the day of our attendance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  2. In the event that we do not receive payment in full, you agree that any waste collected may be returned to your premises.
  3. We reserve to right to instigate legal action for any unpaid invoices.

 

3. CANCELLATION

 

  1. You can cancel your collection without charge up to 48 hours prior to the agreed collection date
  2. You agree that if you cancel/postpone your collection/clearance within 48 hours of the agreed delivery date will be charged a £20.00 cancellation fee.

SKIP HIRE/ SKIP BAG HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. PROVISION OF SERVICES.

 

  1. We endeavour to deliver and collect equipment at the time and date pre-arranged. However, this can be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. As such, all times and dates given should be accepted as an estimate, not a guaranteed appointment.
  2. You agree that you have the full authority to employ us to collect and dispose of the waste. Therefore, you indemnify us from and against additional costs or expense from any third parties as a result of you not holding the correct authority.
  3. You accept it is your responsibility to ensure you hold the correct permits for the skips intended location.
  4. You agree not to put any of the following in our skips: Televisions, Paints, Asbestos, Gas Bottles, Hazardous Item’s, Hardcore, Soil, Plasterboard unless plasterboard only, which must be pre-agreed.
  5. Skips must not be overloaded. If your skip is overloaded, it may not be collected, and additional charges will be added.
  6. Skip hire is for 7 days only from delivery date. We are able to collect sooner where possible.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILTY

 

  1. Dingle’s Waste Removals accepts no liability for any damage to property during the collection or delivery of your skip.
